General Information

The FAA aircraft certification process

Designated Engineering Representative (DER)

An engineer who may act on behalf of a company or as an independent contractor to approve, or recommend that FAA approves, technical data produced by an individual or organization

Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR)

An individual who may perform examination, inspection, and testing services necessary to the issuance of certificates in either manufacturing or maintenance.

Paragon has been successful in completing complex STC's and AML STC's (Approved Model Lists) for both Part 23 and Part 25 Aircraft. We are experts in ADS-B in both classes of aircraft.

Paragon maintains a roster of the top DER's and DAR's. We do not act as regulators but rather as problem solvers.

We specialize in the repatriation of aircraft to FAA standards and include complex modifications to interiors and exteriors.

We have the ability to cover all types of aircraft including helicopters. We can provide a rough order of magnitude estimate on your program.
